Problemas com downgrading Hp Pavilion DV6700 CTO

Olá amigos....

Recentemente um amigo me pediu ajuda para formatar o notebook dele Hp Pavilion DV6700 CTO, e eu tive dificuldades na obtenção de drivers para o correto funcionamento.
Estou postando aqui minha conversa com o suporte da HP para ajudar o pessoal que tiver esse tipo de problema...(...rs...mas não reparem no meu inglês...)....

Se não for o correto lugar de se postar esse tópico pediria para o administrador colocá-lo no lugar certo...

Yuri Cavazin : okay, the drivers i can found, but i need to know the FIRST DRIVE to be INSTALL
Ainsley : However, if you want to downgrade the Operating System in the Notebook, I will search the driver for the XP Operating System and provide you the web link's, but we are not having any tested information of the drivers on the XP Operating System.
Ainsley : May I know the processor installed in the Notebook? Intel or AMD.
