Placa de video, duvida boba... !!

ola pessoal, eh o seguinte eu tenhu uma placa de video GeForce Fx 5200 128Mb... e gostaria de coloca-la no meu pc novo... entao eu abri o pc e qdo fui coloca-la no slot da placa de video.... tinha um adesivo alertando isso aki... ''N&Atilde;O UTILIZAR PLACAS DE VIDEO AGP 2X OU 1X (3.3V) RISCO DE DANO A PLACA M&Atilde;E.''
 
intaum eu gostaria de saber se eu poderia usar essa minha placa de video (GeForce Fx 5200 128Mb) normalmente sem causar danos na placa mae....
na caixa da placa de video diz: PixelView / DVI / DirectX 9.0 / AGP 8X / TV Out
 
seria esse AGP 8X o da placa de video minha podendo usar normalmente no pc ???

Essa vga &eacute; 8x sim. Olhe no manual de sua placa e veja se o slot agp dele &eacute; 8x tamb&eacute;m, se for, pode colocar tranquilo.

cara nao esquenta, nunca q essa fx5200 vai ser 2X, no minimo 4x no minimo, nem sei se tem 4x da 5200, eu s&oacute; vi a 8x, ou seja , pode colocar sem medo, q nao vai ter problemas nao...VLW

A placa nao ta falando q nao &eacute; pra colocar 8x, ela ta alertando pra nao colocar 2x ou 1x, porq causa das voltagens dessas placas ou seja, ela suporta s&oacute; placas de v&iacute;deo 4 x e 8x...FLW

esse alerta serve p/ &ntilde; colocar placas antigas, tipo voodoo3, algumas tnts, etc (placas de 7 anos atr&aacute;s)

a sua fx5200 &eacute; uma placa bem mais nova, pode colocar tranquilo;)
