servidor FTP (proftpd) funciona interno mas não externo - Resolvido

Tenho um servidor virtual (debian numa vmware) e internamente ele funciona sem problemas, porem externamente (uso dyndns) ele não abre.
A rede é da seguinte forma internet -> roteador - maquina fisica (ip 192.168.1.20) maquina virtual (ip 192.168.1.3).
No roteador ja redirecionei a porta 21212 (que é a que eu estou usando). ja verifiquei meu firewall e a porta em questão esta aberta iptables -A INPUT -p tcp 21212 -j ACCEPT (é uma das primeiras regras) vou colocar o meu proftpd.conf quem sabe errei algo, se alguem souber algo que esqueci ficaria agradecido.
