Cara eu lembro que usava alguns parâmetros avançados quando tinha erros na instalação do Linux, geralmente no boot aparece a opção que normalmente é f6, lembro que no Kurumin meu vídeo não funcionava e usava um parâmetro de boot xforcevesa.

verdade, colocava noapic e etc, mas nao acho esta opcao neste novo ubuntu

Você pode passar esse parâmetro manualmente. Mas se você suspeita de que o problema possa ser o driver da placa de vídeo, tente o parâmetro nouveau.modeset=0

Quando inicia o cd de boot o linux mostra uma tela com poucas opcoes e nao tem uma que permita editar o que vai ser instalado.
existe alguma tecla que faz isso neste menu ?

Acho que isto depende muito da distro na maioria basta você teclar TAB e começar a digitar, já no Ubuntu é necessário TAB->Selecionar Idioma->F6->ESC e começar a digitar, assim você pode adicionar a opções.

Acho que isto depende muito da distro na maioria basta você teclar TAB e começar a digitar, já no Ubuntu é necessário TAB->Selecionar Idioma->F6->ESC e começar a digitar, assim você pode adicionar a opções.
