Num Instala, Nem a Chute esse SP3 aqui
 
Alguem Resolveu este Problema
 
Acho que tem Alguma Coisa Errada Com Alguma Chave no Resgistro que n&atilde;o Esta Permitindo a Instala&ccedil;&atilde;o do SP3
 
Alguem Sabe que chave pode ser?
O SP3, Ele salva um Log de Instala&ccedil;&atilde;o

Realmente n&atilde;o consta nada.

Baixei aquele arquivo tem muitas entradas com failed, mas n&atilde;o mostra as entradas do registro que est&atilde;o com problemas de permiss&atilde;o.

Caso n&atilde;o tenha feito um ponto de restaura&ccedil;&atilde;o 
[Inicar-&gt;Programas-&gt;Acess&oacute;rios-&gt;Ferramentas de Sistema ] fa&ccedil;a um antes de tentar  o procedimento abaixo.

1. Clique em Iniciar e execute o regedit. 
 2. Localize e fa&ccedil;a duplo clique em LogLevel na seguinte subchave do registo: 
 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup 
 3. Na janela Editar valor DWORD (Edit DWORD Value), clique para seleccionar 
 Hexadecimal no painel Base. 
 4. Escreva 0000FFFF na caixa Dados do valor (Value data). 
 5. Clique em OK. 
 Agora que o modo verboso foi ativado, execute novamentee a instala&ccedil;&atilde;o do Service Pack 3. 
 Quando voltar a dar erro, no ficheiro do log em vez de ter s&oacute; a entrada:&gt; 
 1194.909 RegistryUpdates:SetupInstallFromInfSection Failed for 
 ProductInstall.GlobalRegistryChanges.Install error: 0x5 &gt; 1194.909:

Click na chave Loglevel  com o bot&atilde;o direito do mouse e escolha a op&ccedil;&atilde;o modificar que ir&aacute; aparecer a tela para mudar o valor da chave DWORD.

Aquele mesmo que voc&ecirc; tinha upado, sem o modo verbose n&atilde;o aparecia quais chaves estavam com problemas de permiss&atilde;o, agora deve aparecer.

N&atilde;o me leve a mal, mas tente instalar o SP3 em outra m&aacute;quina. Talvez o problema n&atilde;o seja o windows, mas o pacote que vc baixou. Talvez esteja corrompido.
