Instalar Imule

Tento instalar ov Imule 1.3.1 e aparece a mensagem:
"checking for wx-config... no
configure: error:
Please check that wx-config is in path, the directory
where wxWindows libraries are installed (returned by
'wx-config --libs' command) is in LD_LIBRARY_PATH or
equivalent variable and wxWindows is version 2.4.0 or above.
Or this might also be a bug in our configure. Please try again

O que eu faço pra instalar?Meu sistema é Slackware 10.1

É obrigatório ter o wxGTK.

Instale ele ou sempre vai dar esse erro :wink:

Instalei a wxGTK e o lmule, mas não entra no lmule aparece a mensagem:
lmule: error while loading shared libraries: libwx_gtk-2.4.so: cannot open shared objectfile: No such file or directory

# cp /usr/local/lib/libwx_gtk-2.4.so /usr/lib/

Não utilizo Slackware, mas parece que você tem que copiar
libwx_gtk-2.4.so de /usr/local/lib para /usr/lib/ .. 8)

Logicamente deve fazer esse procedimento com permissão root.

Veja se libwx_gtk-2.4.so está em /usr/local/lib/ :wink:

Qualquer coisa volte a postar que alguém vai ajudar sml0085

Melhor que copiar só fazer um link simbólico ( que ainda economiza espaćo no HD.

Só trocar o CP por ln -s e pronto. O lmule é muito bom. BOA ESCOLHA! A diferenća entre o wxGTK e o GTK diz respeito apenas a biblioteca usada na hora de fazer o programa. Tanto faria usar um ou outro, mas o cara preferiu usar o wxGTK, então tá né?

Tá, instalei o lmule, funcionou, daí eu entro nele e aparece que a lista de servidores, não foi encontrada no diretório...ebla bla bla...Então vamos atualizar a lista de servidores,e tomba...A memória virtual de 510mb c encheu em menos de 15segundos e o sistema ficou todo lento, não dando nem pra mexe o mouse quase.Tive que apertar o botao reset.Qual é a desse lmule?

Amule ta meio lento aqui, o eMule 0.46b pra windows baixava mais rapido

O pacote que vc tem que instalar é o wxGTK-2.6.1
Baixa ele no 'LinuxPackages':

Tenta baixar também o aMule do LinuxPackages:

Putz, agora bagunçou tudo :-)
Será que o problema agora é com esse:

Meu sistema está atualizado pelo swaret com os pacotes do current. Os pacotes estão funcionando corretamente aqui.
Tenta atualizar o GTK.
Se vai funcionar não sei.
Se descobrir oq está errado dá um toque.
