[Resolvido] Compactar arquivo por script ou bat

Estava pensando em criar um tarefa agendada para gerar um backup diário no pc do trabalho, mas teria que ser compactado. Será que há a possibilidade de se criar um bat que acione o winrar ou outro aplicativo do genero e faça a tarefa de modo silencioso?
